the NLdigital Terms 2025
The NLdigital Terms 2025 apply to all our offers and agreements from 1 February 2026, filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht.
We use the industry terms of NLdigital rather than a set of our own. That means there is nothing in them you would not also meet at other IT suppliers, and the text has been reviewed by the trade association. NLdigital publishes an official English edition, the NLdigital Terms 2025, alongside the Dutch original. Where the two differ, the Dutch text prevails.
