this is Unexus
At Unexus everything comes down to being reachable. Not simply available, but knowing what comes in, who picks it up and what you promised. That is customer contact under control, and that is what we build on.
connecting with impact
We develop and manage our platform entirely ourselves, here in the Netherlands. That lets us move quickly and fit the way your team works. Whether you handle ten conversations a day or ten thousand, you stay in control.

colleagues, all in the Netherlands
the human measure stays in charge
Our customers have a public duty. Behind every conversation is someone who needs something, and behind every screen a colleague who wants to sort it out. That is what we build our work around. Control over customer contact starts with those two people, not with the system.
contact is more than passing on information
Good service starts with understanding what someone means, feels or needs. That is not the same as giving the right answer. It is the heart of your colleagues' craft, and therefore of ours.
the technology adapts, not you
We like to come and see you and talk to the people doing the work about what their day looks like. Then we configure. The other way round does not work: then someone buys a system and the organisation has to bend around it.
emotion does not automate
When it is about someone's home, money or safety, it is about more than a case. The record in the system may be identical; what the conversation means to the person is not. Our job is to make room for that conversation.
saying what we do, doing what we say
A working relationship stands or falls on trust, and you do not build that with a good presentation. You build it by keeping to what you agreed, including when it is inconvenient. That is why we go for the long term rather than the quick deal.
it started with the phone
Unexus comes out of the telephony world and started as a spin-off from Philips. From there it grew into a complete platform for customer contact, with a strong position among housing associations and other organisations in the public and social sector. That specialisation was not a plotted strategy: one of our first solutions turned out to work well at a housing association, and more followed.
Unexus started in 2011. The founders handed the company over after twelve years, just over three years ago, and that was the moment to decide what kind of company we want to be. The answer: build on what was already there, people-first and with attention for the public sector, and sharpen the course towards developing everything ourselves in the Netherlands. That is why development, hosting and management sit here.

the door is open
Our office on Oude Utrechtseweg is more than a place to work. We have lunch together, we tackle problems together and there is always coffee. Do come by.
short lines, no layers
No sticky structures and no complicated layers. Open communication and working together on trust. Everyone gets room to put ideas forward and help build the platform, and you can see that in the way we work with customers.
meet the team
a day without conversations
Once a year the whole company goes out for a day, and in December there is the Christmas party. That is not team building with an objective. It is simply enjoyable, and it helps when you are back on the phone with each other afterwards.
just as important
Sustainability and involvement sit in the choices we make, not in a policy document.
Every lease car is electric. If more than one of us is going to the same meeting we travel together, and we do not make journeys that do nothing for a customer. When we buy office supplies we look at fair wages. Our platform runs in Microsoft Azure, West Europe; a cloud service costs electricity, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Food banks use our platform free of charge, and we have supported Voedselbank Amersfoort for years. With Queup we put short messages from charities into the waiting queue, also free of charge: something worth hearing where there would otherwise be music.
And the biscuit tin on your desk comes from Stichting Sherpa, which helps people at a distance from the labour market find out what they can do. They are made at Kunstwerkplaats Kijkoor in Eemnes.
