we are ISO 27001 certified

On 13 April 2026 we received the certificate for NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 27001:2023/A1:2024 . The certifying body is DigiTrust, which works under the supervision of the Dutch Accreditation Council. The certificate runs until 13 April 2029, with a surveillance audit every year in between.

what was audited

Not the product, but the way we work. The scope on the certificate reads: information security related to the development, implementation and maintenance of intelligent omni-channel software that handles all incoming and outgoing communication centrally and delivers it to the right people in an organisation.

That puts the whole chain inside the standard: how we build, how we roll out and how we manage. The statement of applicability is version 6.3, dated 23 March 2026.

what this gives you

For a municipality or a housing association, information security is usually a hard requirement rather than a wish. A certificate with a number, a date and an accreditation behind it can be checked; a sentence on a website cannot. That is why the certificate is on the site as a PDF, with the standard, the number and the validity period alongside it.

What is not listed is deliberately not listed. We do ISO 27001, and not a row of other marks.
